Lithuanians (just a guess) celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Act of Reinstating Independence of Lithuania with a flag-raising on Daley Plaza, smack dab between those of Ol' Glory and Cook County. And if you ask me, on aesthetic grounds, the Lithuanians win.
